Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–12 business days depending on your location and the size of the item; larger pieces travel by freight carrier and you will be contacted to arrange a delivery window.

Delivery is complimentary on orders over $499. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout before you pay.

If it is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to arrange a return. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. We do not charge restocking fees.

Every ZOYA piece carries a 2-year guarantee covering frames, mechanisms and finishes under normal domestic use. Upholstery and cushion fill are covered for 12 months.
