We collect the minimum we need to sell you furniture and deliver it properly. We do not sell your data.
What we collect
- Order information: name, delivery and billing address, email address and telephone number.
- Payment information: handled entirely by our payment provider. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Account information: if you choose to create an account, your login details and saved addresses.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and to understand what is working.
Why we use it
To process and deliver your order, to provide customer support, to handle returns and guarantee claims, to prevent fraud, and where you have opted in, to send you occasional email about new arrivals and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in every email.
Who we share it with
Only the partners needed to fulfil your order: our payment processor, our delivery carriers, and our hosting and email providers. They may only use your data to provide that service to us. We never sell or rent personal data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your cart and session working, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential cookies are required for checkout to function.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it for marketing. Send your request through our contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
The entire site is served over encrypted HTTPS. Access to order data is restricted to staff who need it. Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider.
