Everything we can tell you about how your order travels: costs, timings and tracking, with nothing dressed up.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in Canada and the United States. All prices and delivery charges are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Delivery cost
| Destination | Service | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Canada | Standard tracked delivery | CA$99 |
| United States | Standard tracked delivery | CA$149 |
Delivery is calculated automatically at checkout, so the exact amount is on screen before you pay. If you pay with a US card, your bank converts from CAD at its own rate.
How long it takes
We do not use a single delivery promise, because it would not be true. Lead times depend on which piece you order and where it ships from, and they vary a great deal.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. After that:
| Type of piece | Typical delivery after dispatch |
|---|---|
| Smaller items — side tables, compact coffee tables, decor | Around 1 to 2 weeks |
| Large upholstered and freight items — sofas, sectionals, large tables | Around 6 to 10 weeks |
The estimated delivery window for the specific piece you are looking at is shown on its own product page. That figure comes from the maker who actually ships it, and it is the one to plan around. If a date matters to you, email us before you order and we will confirm the current lead time in writing.
Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also follow it from Track Your Order.
Before you order
Please measure doorways, stairwells, lifts and corners. Every product page lists the dimensions supplied by the maker, so you can check the piece fits the room and the route into it.
Missed deliveries
If tracking shows that a delivery attempt was missed, the carrier will normally leave instructions for redelivery or local collection. If anything goes wrong, email hello@zoya.click with your order number and we will follow it up with the carrier.
Questions
Email hello@zoya.click and a real person will answer, Monday to Friday.
