These terms set out the basis on which we sell to you. Please read them before placing an order.
1. About us
This website is operated by ZOYA Furniture. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
2. Products and descriptions
We describe every piece as accurately as we can, including materials, finishes and exact dimensions. Photography and screen calibration mean colours may vary slightly from the finished item. Natural materials such as timber, leather, marble and hand-loomed textiles carry variation in grain, tone and pattern; this is a characteristic of the material rather than a fault.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in United States dollars and include applicable taxes where stated at checkout. Delivery is calculated before payment. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; where a price is clearly wrong we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel without charge.
4. Your order
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable we will contact you and refund you in full.
5. Delivery and risk
Delivery timescales are estimates given in good faith. Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes once payment has cleared in full. See Shipping & Delivery.
6. Cancellation and returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Our full policy is set out on the Returns & Refunds page and does not affect your statutory rights.
7. After-sales and liability
What we cover after delivery is described on our Quality & After-Sales page. ZOYA does not offer a multi-year warranty; your statutory rights under applicable Canadian and United States consumer legislation are unaffected. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Intellectual property
All text, photography, design and code on this site belong to ZOYA Furniture or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place your order is the version that applies. Questions can be sent through our contact page.
