If it is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to arrange a return. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. We do not charge restocking fees.

Every ZOYA piece carries a 2-year guarantee covering frames, mechanisms and finishes under normal domestic use. Upholstery and cushion fill are covered for 12 months.

Sorrento turns a balcony or patio into a room you actually use. The set includes a two-seat sofa, two armchairs and a tempered glass coffee table, woven in a UV-stable PE wicker over a powder-coated aluminium frame that will not rust in coastal air.

Cushions use a quick-dry reticulated foam wrapped in a solution-dyed olefin cover, so a rainstorm means damp for an hour rather than soaked for a week. Covers unzip for washing.

Feet are fitted with protective glides for decking and stone. We recommend storing cushions indoors over winter; a fitted cover is available separately.
